I overheard a personal trainer say "Its not about inspiration its about dedication".
After immediate reflection, that's a narrative I can shift into.
I'll allow myself the room to absorb that deep quote in my feed and re-share if it really feels right. I'm fully committed to a healthy lifestyle and living a longer productive life. I'm learning my body runs at its optimum performance if I focus on keeping my hormones balanced and continue to eat higher protein meals ... although it seems humanly impossible. I'll make the time to live more in the color of the moment.
